Martinez Roofing & Construction

Martinez Roofing & Construction handles roof installation and repair, along with siding, gutters and new building construction for homes and businesses. The company uses CertainTeed and Malarkey shingles and offers a lifetime warranty on shingles. Its gutter work includes seamless gutters, downspouts and gutter guards, and its siding work covers vinyl and aluminum options.

Storm damage restoration is a major part of the work, and the company prepares the documentation and assessments needed for insurance claims. Emergency services are available, and free estimates can be requested through the website or by phone. The business is based in Iowa City, and its site also lists Coralville, Tiffin and the Cedar Rapids area. Complete cleanup is performed on every job, and gutters and siding can be handled alongside a roof on one bill.
