Parkway Banquets

Parkway Banquets is an event venue company that hosts weddings, quinceañeras, showers, memorial luncheons, team banquets and corporate events. Its signature wedding option is the Ultimate Couples Fantasy Package, which includes a tented outdoor ceremony area, a five-hour premium open bar, a buffet or plated dinner, a dessert table with a chocolate fountain and linens in the couple's choice of colors. Couples can also choose from several other wedding packages, including a smaller one for 50 guests.

The company operates two venues about 2.8 miles apart. Parkway by the Lake is on Long Lake in Ingleside and holds up to 200 guests for events, while Parkway Banquets Salon in Round Lake holds up to 400. Neighbors planning a wedding can expect no facility fee, no extra charge for premium alcohol or colored linens, and only one event held at a time. The owner, Jerry Ming, has run the business for more than 30 years.
