Desert Freight Services

Desert Freight Services ships household goods, commercial goods, furniture, antiques, bronzes and sculptures, paintings and artwork, and oversized one-off items, both domestically and internationally. The company has been in shipping and delivery for over 40 years and works with local homeowners, businesses and visitors, with a noted focus on crating fragile and valuable pieces.

Customers usually start with a call or an emailed quote request, and the owner, Steve, is the contact people describe handling pickup, crating and follow-up. Shipments can go to Canada, including cross-border moves with a customs broker, and to destinations across the United States. The business is based on Madison Street in Indio, and reviewers mention pickups at homes in the desert.
