RHI

Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana, known as RHI, provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation for brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke and transplant patients, along with community reintegration support. It is the only NIDILRR Traumatic Brain Injury Model System in Indiana and one of 16 nationwide. The hospital treats patients 15 years and older.

Inpatient care at the Eagle Highlands campus uses a team of physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and nurses. Outpatient services include vision rehabilitation, wheelchair seating clinics, neuropsychology and balance retraining. RHI is a community collaboration between IU Health and Ascension St. Vincent, and it accepts insurance and offers 24/7 service. The main campus is on Shore Drive on Indianapolis's north side.
