Indianapolis Animal Urgent Care

Indianapolis Animal Urgent Care is a walk-in veterinary clinic for dogs and cats with illnesses or injuries that can't wait for a regular appointment but don't need an emergency hospital. Its emergency-trained veterinarians handle common problems like bites, vomiting, urinary infections and limping, and they can perform emergency surgery on site, including procedures for bloat, intestinal blockages and C-sections.

No appointment is needed, though registering online or calling ahead helps the clinic prepare, and visitors should arrive at least an hour before closing. Pricing starts with a set $128 exam fee that is the same every day, with a deposit required before surgery and many extended procedures. Free parking is available in the clinic's lot and on nearby streets. The clinic sits on East Street in Fletcher Place near Fountain Square, and it is open seven days a week, with later hours on weekdays than on weekends.
