Cutco

Cutco makes kitchen knives, outdoor knives such as hunting, fishing and camping blades, pocket knives, and specialty pieces, along with sets, accessories and tableware. The company is known for its Forever Guarantee and for offering free sharpening and repair on its knives.

Cutco sells directly to customers through its website and by phone, with a customer service line for orders, billing and product questions. Financing is available. Its customer service and catalog offices are listed in Olean, New York, with a Canadian office in London, Ontario. Orders cannot be cancelled online, so calls are needed for that.
