Couture Pilates is a Pilates studio in Broad Ripple run by a group of instructors who teach both newer and classic Pilates equipment. Sessions draw on methods from several Pilates styles, and the studio offers the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Arch Barrels, MOTR, Biocored, CoreAlign and Bodhi Suspension systems. Instructors say they adjust each session to the client's level on the day.
Classes are available one on one, in pairs or in small groups, in one of five studio spaces at 1057 E 54th St. in Indianapolis.
