Aventus Group LLC

Aventus Builders is a general contractor in Indianapolis that designs and builds custom homes and additions, remodels kitchens and bathrooms, and installs and removes roofs. Projects begin with a consultation, followed by a detailed estimate, scope of work and design plan before any construction starts. The in-house design team can produce architectural drawings and 2D, 3D and video renderings.

The company handles city permits, engineering reviews and inspections for projects. Additions usually take 8 to 14 weeks, while new homes can take 6 to 9 months depending on weather, material availability and inspections. Workmanship carries a one-year warranty from the completion date, and cancellations after booking forfeit 25 percent of the project amount. The founder and CEO is Mario Barron.
