Arbor Homes

Arbor Homes is a new home builder working across Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Founded in 1994 by Curtis Rector, the company focuses on attainable new construction and has built more than 25,000 homes. It sells through four home series, from the Arrival Series with homes starting near $200,000 to the Silverthorne Series for larger move-up homes, plus single-level Destination Series homes and ranch and two-story Arbor Series floor plans.

Buyers can request information or schedule an appointment through the company's site, and a Customer Advocate Team helps with questions from construction through closing and the warranty period. Homeowners track construction progress through an online portal. Communities are spread across Indianapolis and Johnson County, Columbus, Cincinnati and Dayton, and Louisville and southern Indiana. The company's Indianapolis office is on Harrison Park Court.
