Adjutant Solutions Group

Adjutant Solutions Group, also known as ASG, is a global engineering and technical business process management consultancy. It focuses on helping companies scale up and commercialize systems in regulated industries, especially pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Its services include change management, strategic planning, manufacturing engineering and program management.

The firm works with clients on quality, schedule and cost targets, and its engineers and program managers can support a project with as much or as little help as needed. Its Indianapolis office is at 219 E. Saint Joseph Street in downtown Indianapolis, and the company also has a team in Dublin, Ireland. It is a business-to-business firm, so most of its work is done with other companies rather than walk-in customers.
