Cafe De Paris Bakery is a French-style artisan bakery in Indian Rocks Beach, run by the Xavier and Valerie family since 2003. The bakery says all of its items are made fresh daily in house with no preservatives, and the family brought the bakery from southwest France, where it first opened in 1991.

The bakery is open Wednesday through Sunday, with morning hours into early afternoon, and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Their son Luigi has joined the family business, and the shop is located on Gulf Boulevard at 2300 Gulf Blvd, Suite 5.
