Electrical Appliance Repair

Electrical Appliance Repair works on commercial cooking equipment, mainly hot-side gear with electric, gas and steam systems. Its factory-trained technicians service restaurants, schools, hospitals and other large institutions, and the company keeps a large supply of OEM parts for more than 80 manufacturers, including Middleby and Welbilt brands.

Most jobs are done on site, with technicians coming to the kitchen or facility to keep downtime low. Smaller or portable equipment can be brought to the shop in Independence instead. The office keeps weekday business hours and runs a 24-hour answering service for after-hours calls. The company has served Northeast Ohio since 1953.
