RAYCORE Structural Insulated Panels

RAYCORE makes Structural Insulated Panels, or SIPs, with high-density closed-cell polyurethane foam between structural facings for roofs and walls. Its RAY-CORE SIPs are sold for homes, additions, tiny houses, commercial buildings, workshops and cold rooms, and they use the same framing methods as stick building. Insulated headers are also part of the line.

Orders start with a free estimate: send a floor plan and elevations, and the team will quote roof and wall panels, usually within 48 hours. Most orders are completed within a few weeks and shipped for delivery.
