Avalanche Gymnastics Academy

Avalanche Gymnastics Academy teaches gymnastics for girls in Idaho Falls, starting with preschool classes for three- and four-year-olds and recreational classes from age five. Beginner, intermediate and advanced tumbling classes are offered, along with a women's competition team and Xcel competition team levels from silver to sapphire. The academy started in 2021 in a small building and now operates from a 12,000 square foot facility.

The coaches have more than 50 years of combined experience and keep up with the skill requirements for the DP and Xcel programs. Classes are structured so students progress at every age and level, and the staff emphasizes a positive coaching style. Parents are welcome to watch a class during gymnastics hours, and the fastest way to sign up is through the website. The academy is on Jones Street and keeps its gymnastics hours on weekday evenings, Monday through Friday.
