Haven Homes & Development Home Page

Haven Homes & Development is a custom home builder in Southern Utah that designs and builds single-family homes from the ground up, along with some commercial work. The company also sells pre-designed house plans for buyers who want a quicker starting point, and it offers interior design and selection help for cabinetry, paint, lighting and finishes.

The founders, Casey and Kelsey Stratton, started the business at the end of 2018 after their first development, a subdivision on a former peach orchard. Casey manages the building and timelines, and the company has built more than 60 homes. Clients can reach the team by phone or email, and the company also operates a few Airbnb-style rentals that include a casita or nightly rental.
