Tailz

Tailz Mobile Grooming Pet Spa is a mobile pet grooming service run by a qualified groomer who has worked since 2006. The business offers dog grooming, cat grooming and flea and tick therapy, and it uses a self-contained grooming truck that brings the work to the customer's door. Each pet is shampooed twice with a 100% natural shampoo and hand dried rather than cage dried, so appointments usually run from 30 minutes to two hours.

Service is by appointment with an arrival window of one to two hours, and the owner sends a confirmation text and email, a reminder the night before and a message on the way. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Android Pay, PayPal and cash are accepted, but not checks. The service covers the area around Dix Hills, New York, with a $25 travel fee outside 15 miles of the town. Gift certificates can be sent by email or mail, and owners are asked to wait outside the grooming van during the appointment.
