Icebox Mechanical Corp

Icebox Mechanical Corp is a commercial HVAC contractor covering design coordination, installation, service and repair, ductwork, and building controls for office buildings, property managers, retail and restaurant operations, and multi-unit buildings. Its services include load calculations, equipment selection, preventive maintenance, and controls integration with Honeywell, Siemens, Trane Tracer, and Johnson Controls Metasys systems.

The company does not serve single-family homes. Icebox runs an around-the-clock emergency intake line for commercial HVAC failures, though response times are targets rather than guarantees. Service contracts include a client portal where each visit's reports and equipment history are filed. The dispatch shop is in Huntington Station on Long Island, and the shop has no walk-in service.
