Gymnastics & Dance Classes

Alpha Omega Gymnastics & Dance teaches gymnastics, dance, tumbling and cheer for children from toddlers through teens, with programs such as Born to Move for ages 3 to 24 months, Girls Gymnastics, Ninja Flipping Force and Aerial Acrobatics. Adults can join adult gymnastics classes, and the gym runs an invitation-only competitive team along with one-on-one private coaching.

The Kingwood gym offers dance and most gymnastics classes, and families can try the gym with a free open gym pass before enrolling. Memberships are billed monthly, and the gym hosts private birthday parties, seasonal camps and events like Parent's Night Out. Kingwood is in Harris County, on Northpark Drive.
