WM Farmer & Sons

Wm. Farmer & Sons is a family-run restaurant, barroom and boutique guesthouse on Front Street in Hudson. The barroom serves craft cocktails, oysters, light bites and seasonal dishes built around produce and meats from Hudson Valley farms, with entrees like roasted ocean trout, fried chicken and an eggplant lasagna. Oyster happy hours and a few weekly specials are offered on certain nights.

Dinner is served Monday through Saturday, and the restaurant is closed Sundays. The guest rooms and suites range from romantic getaways to extended stays, and private event spaces are available for dinners, rehearsal dinners and corporate gatherings. The building sits near the Hudson Amtrak station, and the first floor has a full kitchen and a garden area for outdoor gatherings.
