Saint Florian

Saint Florian is a supper club-style restaurant set in a historic firehouse, serving classic American fare with Continental touches on an ever-changing menu. Lunch runs daily, dinner mixes casual favorites with steakhouse classics, and the late night menu brings snacky bar bites and drinks. Dim sum also appears on the menu.

The first floor lounge is open seven days a week, first come, first served. The second floor dining room takes reservations through Resy for groups of up to six on Friday and Saturday evenings, and groups of seven or more can email to arrange a table. Both floors have full bar service and a wine list of classic and new-world bottles, and the restaurant hosts private dining, buyouts, catering and ticketed dinners. It's at 342 Warren Street in Hudson.
