Main Street Bagel Factory

Main Street Bagel Factory makes New York style bagels and baked goods by hand every day, along with breakfast sandwiches, deli-style sandwiches, salads, soups and coffee drinks. Its bagels are the best-known part of the menu, with a long list of flavors and premium bagels, and the pastrami and bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches draw a lot of praise.

The shop opened in 2017 in a renovated former Salvation Army building in downtown Hudson and serves Hudson and nearby towns. It is open every day from 6 AM until 2:30 PM, so mornings and early lunch are the busy times. Orders can be placed online, and the shop does catering. The owner, Peter Muratoglu, has run bakeries and coffee shops in greater Boston for years.
