The Center for Audiology is a privately owned audiology practice that provides hearing tests and evaluations, hearing aid selection and fitting, tinnitus management, hearing aid repair, custom hearing protection and assistive listening device guidance. Its hearing aid fittings use real-ear measurements to program devices to each patient's ears, and the practice also offers cognitive health and hearing loss education. Founder Dr. Sara Nagel opened the clinic in 2008.

Hearing aid repairs include loaner devices while yours is being serviced. The practice participates in the VA Community Care Program and provides services in Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi and Gujarati.
