SNOWFOX makes grab-and-go sushi and other fresh Asian-inspired dishes, rolled daily by on-site franchisees. The menu includes California rolls, crunch rolls, dragon rolls, nigiri, poke rice bowls, spring rolls and dumplings, with calorie counts listed for each item. A Sushi Wednesday deal of $6 sushi and sushi party platters are also offered at some locations.

SNOWFOX kiosks are found inside grocery stores and supermarkets, with the franchise operating in many states. The business notes that its sushi is freshly cut in-store each day. Customers can find the nearest location through the company's store finder. The Houston office for the Wonderfield Group, which runs the brand, is at 2021 Bingle Rd.
