Pho Prime

Pho Prime serves modern Vietnamese food, built around pho with beef broth that is slow-simmered for 12 hours. The menu also includes banh mi sandwiches, vermicelli bowls, broken rice plates, bun bo hue and bo ne steak and eggs, along with coffee and bottled drinks. Dietary accommodations are available, including vegan and gluten-free options.

The Alief location on Bellaire Boulevard is open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM and takes online orders. Catering is offered with delivery within 10 miles of its locations, for events such as office lunches, birthdays and watch parties. A second location is in Pearland, and a Garden Oaks spot is listed as coming soon.
