Pearland Industries

Pearland Industries manufactures hollow metal frames and interior opening systems for commercial and institutional construction. Its products include welded and knock-down frames, interior lites, transoms and sidelites, and custom or non-standard openings such as odd jamb depths and retrofit frames. The company has roots in American fabrication dating to 1937 and focuses exclusively on interior frames.

Pearland works mainly through door and hardware distributors and supports contractors on specifications, hardware preparation and installation timing. Projects can be sent in as drawings for a quote, and the company states most custom interior openings ship in one to three weeks. The plant is at 14510 Almeda Road in Houston, and it is part of American Doors and Riverbend Industries.
