HEG

HEG, short for Houston Elite Gymnastics, is a gymnastics facility with about 10,000 square feet of space for classes at all ages and skill levels. Programs include preschool classes such as Tumbling Tikes, recreational classes for school-age children from age six, tumbling, private lessons, and a competitive Women's JO program for ages 6 to 18.

The gym is located off Beltway 8 and Hughes Road on Houston's southeast side, at 11514 Hughes Road. Families can request a trial class or register through the website. Annual registration, auto-draft or check payment, and sibling discounts are offered, and the gym hosts birthday parties by reservation along with a monthly pizza night and an annual Mini Olympics in May.
