Gangnam Spa

Gangnam Spa is a Korean jjimjilbang, a traditional bath and sauna house with over 30,000 square feet of specialty baths, sauna rooms and relaxation lounges. Its signature Bul-Ga-Ma rooms are heated with wood fire, a method the spa describes as the traditional approach. Guests move freely between heat rooms, baths and resting areas, and services such as massages are available for an extra charge.

Admission is walk-in only, with no reservations needed and no time limit on visits, though a first-come, first-served waitlist may be used on busy days. Guests must be 18 or older, show ID and provide a contact number, and wear the spa's grip socks and uniform in the co-ed areas. Swimsuits are not allowed in the bath pools, and outside food is not permitted. The spa sits on Highway 6 North in Houston.
