FSI Construction is a general contractor focused on multifamily properties, including garden-style communities, high-rise, workforce housing and mixed-use projects. Its work covers exterior and interior renovation, facility remodels and conversions of shared spaces such as clubhouses, fitness centers and pools, and disaster recovery and restoration after fire, water, wind or hail damage. The company also offers due diligence support on property value, condition and risk for owners and managers.

The company started in Houston in 2004 as a rehab and fire restoration business and now works across 20 states. Property managers and owners deal with FSI directly through its Houston office on West Sam Houston Parkway North. Restoration crews respond to emergencies such as tarping and board-ups after storms or fires.
