Epoch Construction Services

Epoch Construction Services is a general contractor that builds light industrial office parks, medical and dental facilities, restaurants, retail spaces and tenant improvements. Its work ranges from ground-up construction to interior build-outs, with specialized teams for medical, dental, surgical and veterinary projects. The company was started in 2005 by its owner, who previously ran an industrial construction firm.

Projects can be contracted as design-build, bid-build or cost-plus, and the company also offers inspection services and construction management on a per-project basis. The owner describes a relationship-first approach in which the team works with clients rather than for them. The company serves Houston and Austin, Texas, and its office is open Monday through Friday during business hours.
