DEEP Manufacturing makes large metal components using wire arc additive manufacturing, building parts up with robotic arms and finishing them with CNC machining. Its multi-arm setup can produce parts up to 6.2 meters in diameter, and the company mainly serves energy, maritime, defence, subsea and aerospace customers. It holds full approval of manufacture from the classification society DNV for this process, a standard held by only a handful of manufacturers worldwide.

The company has more than 20 years of experience and runs its main advanced manufacturing centre in Avonmouth, Bristol, along with a facility in Houston with four of these robotic systems. Projects begin with a conversation with its engineering team, who respond to inquiries within one business day, and visits to see the facility can be arranged on request.
