Clean Plus

Clean Plus is a family-owned carpet and upholstery cleaning service that has worked across the Southern Tier of New York since 1999. The company uses a truck-mounted hot water extraction system for carpets, pre-treating soiled spots and rinsing with a clear rinse so carpets come out free of residue. Upholstery work covers everything from recliners and sectionals to ottomans, and commercial upholstery cleaning is also offered.

Dan and Laura Warriner started the business, and Jed and Rachel Guthrie bought it in 2025. The crew is licensed and insured and holds IICRC certification. Service is by appointment, and customers can book by phone at the number listed. Most jobs are finished within about an hour, with furniture moved out and put back.
