The Mango Tree Fitness & Muay Thai

The Mango Tree Fitness & Muay Thai is a Muay Thai academy and fitness center with classes from total beginners to competitive fighters. Its core programs include Muay Thai Foundations, Level 1 and Level 2 classes, a Fight Team for competitors, a Coaches Clinic, and kids classes for ages 6 to 12. The academy describes itself as the only full-time Muay Thai academy in Hawaii open to all levels.

The gym has three Oahu locations in Hawaii Kai, Kaimuki and Pearl City, and new visitors can book a trial class online. Co-owners Rich and Bernice Delos Reyes lead the academy, and the coaching staff includes certified personal trainers and a head nutritionist. The Hawaii Kai location is in the basement of 1215 Center St. with street parking nearby, and the Pearl City location has street parking only.
