Jason R. Burks is a criminal defense attorney in Honolulu who focuses on felony drug offenses, domestic violence and abuse cases, and family court restraining orders. Before opening his own practice, he spent eleven years as a deputy public defender, where he represented defendants in district, family and circuit courts, handling everything from traffic and misdemeanor cases to serious felonies.

The office offers a free consultation by phone. Since November 2021, the practice has taken criminal matters in the Circuit and Family Courts of Hawaii, along with family court orders for protection. Jason is a member of the National and Hawaii Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has lectured on attorney ethics at the annual HACDL Criminal Defense Seminar.
