DeSitter Flooring

DeSitter Flooring is a full-service residential and commercial flooring company that has been serving the Chicago area since 1920. It sells and installs carpet, area rugs, luxury vinyl tile, hardwood, laminate and stair runners, and it also does commercial flooring. The company says it has installed more than 150 million square feet of flooring over its history.

Most work starts with a quote, and customers can book a showroom visit or ask for in-home estimates through the shop-at-home service, where samples are brought to the door by appointment. The company has showrooms in Glen Ellyn and La Grange, and its work covers Glen Ellyn, La Grange, Hinsdale and many nearby western suburbs. Its Bolingbrook headquarters also serves as a commercial showroom and workroom, where custom rugs and stair runners are made.
