Vigam Medical Spa

Vigam Medical Spa is a medical spa offering non-surgical skin tightening, microneedling, facials, body contouring and injectables such as Botox and fillers. Dr. Angela Uba, a family physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience, leads the team, and treatments begin only after a detailed consultation and exam. Its signature options include UPLIFTED, an FDA-cleared treatment that combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy, along with EmpowerRF for women and ApexRF for men.

Visits start with a consultation, and skin care treatments begin with a complimentary skin analysis. The clinic also sells Epionce skincare products and offers gift cards. It describes itself as a welcoming space for immigrant and non-native communities, and staff speak Spanish. The spa is on Southeast Cornelius Pass Road in Hillsboro and also serves clients from Portland.
