Lbproperties

LBproperties is a residential real estate practice led by principal broker Lindsay Borg, serving home buyers and sellers on Portland's greater west side. The site describes a personal approach that covers negotiation, pricing and market guidance from the first conversation through closing.

For sellers, the work often starts before a property hits the market, with help deciding what needs doing, plus coordination of bids, budgets and contractors. Buyers get help finding the right property, analyzing listings and structuring and negotiating an offer. Areas named include Beaverton, Hillsboro, Bethany, Cedar Mill, Aloha, Tigard and West Portland. The office is at 8427 NE Cornell Rd in Hillsboro, and contact is by phone, email or the site's message form.
