Fivecoat Roofing

Fivecoat Roofing handles residential roof replacements, roof repairs and roof inspections, from the first inspection through final cleanup. The company was founded in 1975 by Bob Fivecoat and is now run by Joshua Blanchard, who took over ownership in 2020 after working for his uncle during high school. Clients mention full tear-offs and reinstalls finished in a couple of days and crews who clean up after the job.

Free estimates come from Joshua himself, who visits the roof at no charge and gives a timeline before work starts. The company is licensed and bonded as an Oregon contractor under CCB 112072, and customers talk directly to the owner. Its listed base is McMinnville, and it serves homeowners across the Portland metro area and the Willamette Valley.
