Six One Four Barbell

Six One Four Barbell is a members-only strength gym built around barbell training. Its trainers coach weight loss, powerlifting, bodybuilding, speed and agility, and general health. The gym uses Rogue equipment, including five power racks, and has a 12 by 40 foot indoor turf area for speed and agility work or cardio.

Members get 24/7 key-fob access, so they can train on their own schedule. The gym has two locations, one in Hilliard and one in Grove City, and it is set up as a smaller alternative to a big-box gym.
