Bennett Home Inspections

Bennett Home Inspections performs home inspections for buyers and sellers, covering the roof, foundation, and the interior and exterior of a property. Founder Jake Bennett uses thermal imaging, moisture meters, borescopes, and sewer scope cameras to find problems behind walls and under floors. The company also offers mold testing, indoor air quality testing, water quality testing, and crawl space inspections with a robotic crawl bot.

Appointments are made by phone or through the scheduling form on the website. An inspection can take a few hours, and buyers are welcome to attend, take notes, and ask questions along the way. Findings arrive in a typed report, followed by a phone call to go over them. Bennett is licensed, insured, and certified by InterNACHI, and the company offers a satisfaction guarantee. The business is based in Tupelo.
