EHC

EHC is a commercial and residential cleaning company serving the Cedar Rapids to Iowa City corridor. It was founded in 1993 as Executive Home Care, offering residential cleaning and lawn care, and now provides the same kind of work at the commercial level under the EHC name. Commercial work includes janitorial services, floor care, window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, power washing and parking lot striping.

On the residential side, EHC offers maid service, carpet cleaning, move-out and move-in cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning and post-construction cleanup. Each commercial account is assigned a single manager who visits the facility during business hours, and a supervisor handles ongoing training and extra requests. The office is at 225 Center Point Rd in Hiawatha.
