Inner Peace Wellness

Inner Peace Wellness is a massage and bodywork practice that pairs therapeutic massage with energy therapies such as Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy. Sessions can include Swedish and deep tissue work, craniosacral therapy, cupping and reflexology, and clients can combine several modalities in one visit. Owner Christy Torrence, a licensed massage therapist, leads the practice with a focus on calming the nervous system, and the practice reports more than 28 years of hands-on experience.

Sessions run longer than the standard 50-minute massage, and aromatherapy is included in every session. Energy work can be done in the office or sent to a recipient at a distance. The studio is in Chesapeake, and clients come from across Hampton Roads.
