The Coffee Press

The Coffee Press is an espresso cafe inside the Paseo Verde Library in Henderson, serving locally roasted coffee, handcrafted specialty drinks and made-to-order sandwiches. Signature items include the Organic Blue Agave Latte and the Shake 99, a vanilla milkshake with raspberry sauce. Freshly baked cookies, pastries and Italian sodas round out the menu, with vegan and gluten-free choices available.

The cafe sits at the front entrance of the library, so many visitors come to read or work with a drink in hand. There is free Wi-Fi and a pet-friendly outdoor courtyard, and the shop hosts community events such as book clubs and readings. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and the cafe is closed Sundays.
