Shelter Realty Property Management

Shelter Realty Property Management is a Las Vegas Valley property management company that handles full-service management for rental homes, condos and townhomes. Founded by former Henderson police officer Tony Sena, the firm says it manages more than 700 rental homes for local investors, out-of-state landlords and individual owners. Its work covers tenant screening and placement, rental marketing, rent collection, routine inspections, accounting and maintenance coordination.

Owners can hand off the whole process or choose specific services. Tenants can report repair concerns at any time through a repair hotline and an online tenant portal, and the company coordinates repairs with local vendors. Inspections are scheduled about every six months, or more often when needed. The company serves owners across Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas and the rest of Southern Nevada, and it operates from an office in Henderson.
