Richardson Wetzel Architects

Richardson Wetzel Architects is a full-service architectural firm working in commercial, healthcare, hospitality and industrial projects. The firm has experience with franchise retail tenant improvements in airports, malls and public spaces, and it is licensed in eight states. Its principals, Steven Richardson and Michael Wetzel, are both registered architects, and the firm was formed in 2014 from two earlier Nevada practices.

The firm works closely with clients on budget, schedule and sustainability, and it offers design, planning and construction administration. Two team members are LEED accredited. The office is at 4300 E. Sunset Road in Henderson, and the firm works with a long-standing group of contractors and consultants on design-build and bid projects.
