Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and every booking requires a valid credit or debit card on file. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be charged for the full appointment. Children and pets should not come along to appointments, and guests aged 12 to 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
