Lake Realty

Lake Realty is a real estate firm in Hartville that helps people buy and sell homes and manages a large rental portfolio, with more than 400 rental properties listed. The firm also offers mini storage units. Ellis Erb founded the company, and Matthew Erb serves as broker alongside agents Ashley Gibbons, Christa Domer and Benjamin Aemmer.

Renters can pay rent online, set up recurring auto-payments, check balances and submit maintenance requests through a self-service account that is available around the clock. Office hours are Monday through Friday, with the office closed on weekends, so calls and visits are best during the week. Mini storage units are available at two Hartville locations.
