Denier Electric, Co.

Denier Electric is a family-owned electrical contractor that started in Cincinnati in 1942 and has grown into a multi-division company with more than 350 full-time employees. It is known for design-build electrical work, using BIM and 3D modeling to catch conflicts with plumbing and HVAC before crews reach the job site, and for prefabricating components such as bathroom pods and wiring harnesses off-site. Its projects cover commercial, healthcare, mission critical, multi-family housing, institutional and specialty buildings.

The company works on large construction projects and general contractors are its main clients, so it is less a call-for-a-repair outfit than a builder for big jobs. Its Cincinnati office is in Harrison, Ohio, and it also has a Columbus office in Grove City. Its low voltage and structured cabling work comes through a technologies division.
