Bear Fruit Farms is a small, family-owned farm known for its U-Pick blueberries. The picking season usually runs from the middle of June to about mid-August, and the farm is known for the sweetness of its berries, which are all hand-picked. The farm is open Monday through Saturday, 8 to 5, during the season, and visitors are welcome to stop by. It sits about four miles south of Harrisburg and six miles north of Coburg, Oregon, on Wyatt Drive, with the blueberry patch at the very end of the road. The farm is transitioning to organic methods but is not certified organic, and it is run by a family who enjoys meeting neighbors.
