Buddy's Dog School

Buddy's Dog School in Harrah trains dogs with a focus on behavior first, so manners come before the more fun obedience work. Classes explain the reasons behind each exercise and start verbal cues from the first session, with leash pulling and reactivity among the problems addressed. The school also runs an overnight boarding program and offers nutritional counseling to help choose diets based on age, breed and health goals.

Boarding guests get regular playtime, enrichment and attention from experienced staff in a calm, supervised setting. The attached pet shop carries dog and cat food, treats and toys from brands such as Steve's Real Food and Nootie, and orders can be picked up in store. The business is open on weekday evenings only, and it is located at NE 23rd Street in Harrah.
