Schmidt Funeral Home

Schmidt Funeral Home provides funeral, cremation and burial services with two locations, one in Brookshire and one in Bellville. The firm helps families plan a personalized service that honors the life of their loved one, and it offers preplanning help and grief support for those looking ahead or grieving.

The Brookshire location is at 819 Waller Ave and the Bellville location is on Highway 36 South. Families can call at any hour for immediate assistance, and the staff will help with paperwork such as life insurance and veterans' benefits even when a family chooses a service elsewhere. The firm has been serving the area since 1955, when the original funeral home was founded by Milton and Racheljane Schmidt.
